Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Oversized & Heavy Items Items such as kettlebells, dumbbell sets, and battle ropes may incur additional freight or oversized shipping fees due to their weight and dimensions. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
